The Bakers' Brewery - Silverthorne

During our visit to Colorado, we decided to stop by this brewery craving a cold beer and some tasty food. Baker’s Brewery did not disappoint! I ordered the fish tacos, which were absolutely delicious. My friends tried the Beyond Burger and the Hunter’s Pie, and we were all impressed by the variety of options and the quality of the food. The beer was just what we needed, and our server was attentive and accommodating, especially to my friend with special needs. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! I was so eager to enjoy my meal that I forgot to take any photos of the food!

This bar restaurant is a great place to have a quick lunch. Friendly staff and tasty food. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Silverthorne.

From the outside, The Baker's Brewery may seem unpretentious, but it’s a must-visit for any family traveling to Summit County, Colorado. This unique brewery-bakery combo is a delightful treat for your taste buds. They not only craft excellent beer, but many of the breads and dishes we enjoyed were freshly made on-site! We definitely plan to return. Our server, Myles, treated us like old friends and truly went above and beyond to ensure our family evening was a great success.

Every time I come to visit my son in Silverthorne a visit is not complete without a trip or two or three to Bakers’s Brewery. I have had many items from the menu and all are delicious. You get a good portion of food for the money. And the service is always spot on. Friendly people. Don’t forget to take a desert with you if you are too full after the main course. It’s all great. I highly recommend Baker’s Brewery. They never disappoint.
