Timberline Craft Kitchen Cocktails

We stopped by today and were extremely pleased with everything about this place. It was clean and welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, thanks to Silas. My partner had the shrimp and grits, and he absolutely loved it. I personally didn’t quite get it, but he’s from Georgia, so what can you do? I had the summer apple salad with shredded chicken, and it was delicious. The dish was fantastic. They also have a unique cocktail called "Escape." I can't remember where I escaped to, but it was really good. I highly recommend this place. It’s a fantastic spot!

Listen! If the bartender says he can make an off menu old fashioned the way he likes it, you have to do it ...and so glad I did, best ever! Salmon and cheese risotto was beyond explanation delicious!!! Same for the Brussels app. If I am ever near this town again I will be back for sure!

My husband and I made reservations to eat here on a Sunday evening at 7pm. There was one other table eating and some people at the bar. We ordered drinks and an appetizer right away. The Ban buns were absolutely deicious, totally mouth candy. I didn't like the margarita and the server graciously swapped my drink for another choice. So the service was great, the server very very nice and she gave us great recommendations which we loved. Here's the rub. We were the ONLY People in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food. While we did enjoy the drinks, the vibe and the appetizer but this was way too long to wait to eat our dinner.

It wax overall very good. We enjoyed a good meal with an interesting menu

Elk steak was barely warm when it was brought out. The red wine sauce on the steak didn't taste freshly made, and was just poured over the top of the meat. Caesar Salad was over-drenched with dressing. Focaccia was stale. Overall, a disappointing meal.
