Mcdonald's - Silverton

Went through the drive-thru. The person in the window was not the nicest in the first window at about 5:40 pm and then my food order was incorrect and when I went inside to let them know they had two different people ask me why I was in there and I told them that my order had ketchup and I did not want ketchup then they proceeded to take a while to remake two items and then these items are also incorrect I ordered two McDoubles only mustard and onion add lettuce The first two with my original order had ketchup had them remade and these two don't have onions and the manager was very rude

McDonalds. The floors were covered with chicken nuggets. The bathroom was smeared with ice cream sundae hot fudge, don’t worry I tried it to make sure. The workers were telling me not to step on the chicken nuggets even though there was no where for me to step and were getting more mad and almost kicked me out until I went into their kitchen and saw that the ice cream machine was completely fine and there was a guy in there making his own ice cream. Brutal, Ridikkulus, and completely chaos.

Terrible service when you go to pay, the one at the window slammed our window for giving him 4 dollars in

Went there at 745 am on a Tuesday and they didn't answer their intercoms so I went to the window. They were there and proceeded to ignore me. I have never had service like that from a McDonald's EVER. DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED. HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. there was NO SIGN saying THEY WEREN'T OPEN.

Even though I had to wait a few minutes before someone came to the counter, this cute new hire was the one who took my order. Being new, She was having difficulty with the computer (I told her No Matter How Long It Takes You, Your Doing a Great Job! , her smile and giggle made waiting worth it ?
