Under new management and the new one sucks long waiting time

Updated NEVER AGAIN! We used to order all of time, but everything from food availability and delivery times has changed. Got a dry chicken sandwich instead of a burger, no call from them, when we called about the 'error ' they said ran out of burgers and substitued. More recently, we 've waited over 1.5 hours more than twice for our food, and not even at a prime delivery time. When we call, we get an automated service or there 's no answer. Finally got someone today and asked to cancel our order OVER 2 HOURS LATE! They hastled us about not giving a refund, but a credit, but we 'll never order again for food we didn 't get and they should have our money held! There are too many other food places to order from with better service and communication for the money we 've spent here.

I’ve been a regular here for three years and it is time to find a new place to go to. Last night was the third time in a row we waited over 2 hours for cold food during low volume hours. It had clearly been sitting in the shop for an hour or more before the driver took the 10 minutes to drive out to us. The girlfriend and I are both sick today. So we waited 2 hours for food poisoning. Food quality has gone down tremendously in the time I’ve been coming here too. Could be because it’s always cold now, but either way, no thanks. This place has evolved from our favorite ever to a complete disaster. Moving on.

Great pizza. Maybe not the fanciest or trendiest, but they make a darn good pizza. Caramelize the cheese to a golden brown really well and the sauce is perfectly sweet and salty. Prices have been rising but still some decent deals here. My favorite local spot. Support them! Stop supporting chains.
