A&w Canada - Simcoe

It seems that the quality of staff being hired lately has dropped markedly. Consequently, the food quality, service, and overall atmosphere have all taken a hit. I've been a loyal customer of A&W since the days when you would turn on your headlights to get served. Unfortunately, I feel that the atmosphere and overall experience at A&W have significantly declined. However, as they say, everyone is entitled to their own opinion!

The burgers were delicious, and I really enjoyed the new frozen root beer. However, I was disappointed with the onion rings; they were undercooked on the inside, and the batter was overcooked and falling apart.

If I want a quick meal, this is the spot to choose. The food is consistently hot and tasty, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I felt completely ignored during my visit. I had to wave my hands just to get their attention. When I finally did, they informed me that their strawberry frozen lemonade doesn’t actually taste like lemonade because the machine was broken. It would have been nice if they had communicated this to the customers purchasing that item.

The food was served promptly, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was well-maintained.
