Wendy's - Simcoe

As a professional driver, I often visit Wendy's for a quick meal. During a recent stop in Simcoe, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at this particular Wendy's location. My server, Jacob, who is a special needs adult, went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared to perfection. I also noticed a special needs lady meticulously preparing my burger with care. Their dedication to their work was evident and it made for a truly wonderful dining experience. Their friendly smiles and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The service at this restaurant was very quick, despite it being extremely busy. The drive-thru line had at least 15 cars, but the staff was well-organized and worked together effectively as a team. The Apple Salad was large and delicious, and although the chicken wrap was a bit small, it was also very tasty.

The food was tasty and the service was fast. The restaurant was clean and immaculate.

A different layout for a drive through. The exit from the drive through may be difficult for longer wheel base vehicles going to the street parallel to the drive through, use the other exit to the north of the parking lot.

It's what you'd expect, just a Wendy's. However, the young lady at the window needs some reeducation on how to deal with customers. I get it, your working at a drive-thru at 10 pm, you want to be doing other things. But it's your job,...do it with a smile or get a job in a warehouse so you don't need to deal with people.
