Cupid's Hot Dogs - Simi Valley

A good friend of mine invited me to this place at the last minute. He said it was better than Pink's and Carney’s, so I agreed to go. It was late, and we ordered the chili dogs and the special. The chilis were cool, and the onions were good. The hot dog itself was tasty, but the cheese was just okay and the bread was average. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the service was alright. There wasn't a lot of choice on the menu, but I’m willing to give it another shot. I definitely want to try their chili cheese fries!

Always a great experience! Why settle for anything else when you can enjoy a delicious hot dog here?

If you're in search of a great hot dog in town, this is the spot! I tried the Cupid Dog, which comes with chili, onions, and mustard, and it was delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly and eager to assist. The bun was perfectly soft, and the hot dog itself had a nice snap to it. Plus, you can play Nintendo while you enjoy your meal, which is a fun bonus!

A couple of years ago, because of poor customer support, Cupid's went and the food wasn't in place. Today I have believed a bechered dog and decided to see if things have changed at all. Boy, I was surprised! Very friendly, happy employee named Sara. Even customers were friendly. The atmosphere was very high and positive. The food was delicious again. Maybe there are new owners? I don't know, but so glad I decided to come by. Thank you. Sara for a nice experience!

I decided to try Cupid's. I am not impressed at all. When I go to a restaurant I'm paying to have an enjoyable meal, and service with a smile. thats all nothing more When I sit down and have a meal it usually isn't about the food, it just a hot dog. But you look forward to it, in its own way it can bring a smile. But I have no patience for poor service. I ordered my food and waited to have it prepared, but I never got it. I watched the server take 5 more orders from customers and hand each one their food. Never once looking at me waiting for my food. I initially was going to ask for my money back, but decided it was not worth it. I left told her to keep the money. I wont be back.
