Mcdonald's - Simi Valley

I was in a rush so I assumed my order was correct in my bag. I requested two hash browns but only received one. Additionally, I ordered a side of hotcakes, but found an eyelash on them when I went to eat them. This was very off-putting. I also ordered a water which was missing from my order. I would have driven back to the restaurant to show them the mistakes, but I was pressed for time. Overall, this experience was frustrating.

I visited the drive-thru during breakfast rush hour and was impressed by the quick service and accuracy of my order. It was perfect for when I was in a hurry early in the morning.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited over 10 minutes for my curbside order, but had to go inside to ask for it, which defeats the purpose of curbside service. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong coffee. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee, but received a caramel macchiato instead. When I went back inside to get the correct order, I had to wait another 5 minutes for assistance. The employee made my coffee, but insisted it was a medium even though it was clearly a small iced coffee. I wasted 20 minutes and didn't even get what I paid for. This place is terrible!

McDonald?s raised all their drinks from $1 to $2. Totally unnecessary move! This used to be a big reason to forego the competition!!

Terrible experience?.We ordered coffees and asked for freshly brewed ones. However, we were served old cold coffee. When we went back to request freshly brewed, the attendant started questioning us and stuck his finger in the coffee to prove that thecoffee was hot when it wasn?t. That was so rude and inappropriate. Then, they told us to wait for freshly brewed. They made uswait but served us bad coffee again. We threw the coffee in the trash and left. The manager didn?t care about serving us what wewere asking for.
