Starbucks - Simi Valley

I have to unfortunately agree with the other reviews of poor inattentive service. My friend wanted coffee so we walked up to the counter. I kid you not we stood there for over 5 minutes with 4-5 employees completely ignoring us. There were three of us in line and we were completely ignored. To make things worse one of them appeared to be one of authority as she was ordering the rest around. 4 of them were huddled together talking about their schedules and personal lives. When one of them decided to help us she nonchalantly washed utensils and her hands for another several minutes then approached the counter. She did not even greet my friend and worse yet. The holiday blend my friend wanted wasn't even in stock despite the giant signs promoting the product. My friend works at an competitor and said that she'd be fired on the spot if she ever ignored a customer that way. Owner/Manager please address this.

Love the food and the drinks, staff is okay. What I don't like, is that I am always asked to answer a question. The question is, if I want to leave a tip! I don't leave a tip, because it's just rude to ask for a tip, when I haven't been asked if I need napkins, utensils or anything else!

This place has the worst Starbuck baristas (Abby). She is unprofessional, rude and unfriendly to all customer like myself. Unwilling to go above and beyond, like to argue to customers not willing to go extra miles if asked for a glass of water. I will never return to this location to purchase my drink.
