Wingstop - Simi Valley

I placed an online order for pickup. Although it took a bit longer than the estimated ready time, it wasn't a big deal. I ordered 10 mild wings, 10 lemon pepper, 10 spicy Korean, and a side of fries. The wings were flavorful, and the fries were quite good as well. I would definitely come back again. The staff was friendly too.

No! I will never go back. This was my first experience at Wingstop, and while the service was pleasant, the food was disappointing. The wings tasted bland and unappetizing. They seemed to be just small pieces of meat covered in an excessive amount of batter, deep-fried in what felt like motor oil, and overwhelmed with artificial flavors. It reminded me of KFC, but even worse. I've unfortunately been feeling unwell since eating there. I absolutely do not recommend Wingstop. I’ve had wings at other places where you can actually taste the meat, and they're not so heavily fried that you can’t even tell what you’re eating. Please don’t go here; you might end up feeling sick too.

I've been quite satisfied with this location so far. They provide generous portion sizes, and the dipping sauces are always filled to the brim. The food is well-prepared, and the fries are perfectly seasoned and crispy. The staff consistently ensure that everything is in order in the bag. Additionally, the floors and tables are kept very clean.

Beautiful and clean in the inner but on the side much to go box on the side too foot, and its hard to get a parking

The store was pretty busy when I walked in to order but it went by pretty quickly and the wait wasn't long for me. The cashier was also helpful when I was ordering. Added extra ranch to which was nice.
