Arby's - Simpsonville

I had a terrible experience at Arby's. The sandwiches were cold, the fries were greasy and dirty, and the service was slow and unprofessional. The dining room was also dirty and the staff seemed more interested in chatting and joking than keeping the restaurant clean. I will be avoiding this location in the future and sticking to the Five Forks location instead.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and courteous staff at this restaurant. Unlike most fast food places with mediocre service, the employees here genuinely seem to enjoy their job and are happy to serve you.

The interior has been beautifully updated to provide a welcoming atmosphere. I always enjoy a tasty Arby's sandwich with a choice of fries (regular or curly).

I've had better experiences before, but I was looking for the chicken from the 2 for $6 menu and it wasn't available. The cashier and server were friendly. Overall, I'd recommend going inside to place your order.

I enjoy the chicken salad sandwiches at this restaurant, but the bread is a bit too hard for my liking.
