Feedback gevenFood was good, but from the time we arrived, until our food was an hour and 18 minutes. They only use half of the tables so you would expect the kitchen to be faster, but it wasn't. Had tried the call ahead and dine in reserve a table in the app, but was said both were disabled by the manager during the busy times. It seems to me that this is most useful. This happened the second time recently. Do not plan to go unless you can commit to 3 hours for a meal.
The food was great. I had a little effort to order online because I needed to make changes to my order and could not. I wanted more than a few things and didn't see any way to do it. I tried to call for over 45 minutes to try to talk to someone to place an order or get help, but no one has ever replied. It's annoying. I really wanted to pick up my food since I was on my way home. I tried several times to call on my way there and no one has ever picked up. I guess I spent almost an hour calling Chillis. That was the only drawback. If I had been sure that my order would have been extra, as I wanted, I would have ordered online. But if you really are allergic to something and want to make a slight chance, you can't risk it.

Took my 3 girls for lunch date and had a great time. Chili's always ready to be awesome. Even during this whole covid thing we had a great meal and service was pleasant. Thank you.
The staff was very friendly, the appetizer came out quickly. My kids meals were very good and they enjoyed it and the spouse head a delicious meal of steak fajitas. I got cajun shrimp pasta, which had good flavor to it but it was very dry. Other than that it was a good time.
