Fuji Hibachi Wok Sushi - Simpsonville

We ordered takeout tonight, and unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My husband and I tried the Bourbon chicken, Crunch roll, and honey wings with fried rice. The chicken was incredibly dry, as if it had been overcooked and then reheated. The honey wings were greasy and practically inedible, and the rice was also dry. To make matters worse, the sushi had a terrible smell and an even worse taste. I don’t know what went wrong tonight, as we have had good experiences here in the past. Maybe it was just an off night. We’re unsure if we will return, or if we should try coming during the day instead of for dinner. Either way, we were really let down.

Only one complaint. They completely forgot the flavor. Seriously, it wasnt bad but imagine chewing on water. Thats how much flaver the Beef and Broccoli, Hunan, and Generals had. Maybe you'll have better luck.Food: 1/5

The best hibachi take out I've ever had. I'm shocked at how tender the steak is. I love this place. Dumplings are superb!!Food: 5/5

Yup, it's at a gas station, but the food was great and the service was very nice. They were very polite and we sat in and ate. They treat it like a true restaurant, bringing us refills and plates. The food was very good, not your average takeout chinese, but fresh veggies and well-cooked food. Passing through but we will be coming back when we come back to the area! They also have a drive-thru! Thought that was neat!
