Little Caesars Pizza - Simpsonville

The crazy bread I ordered and the regular dough were both not well-baked. They looked quite different from what was shown on the menu.

Super polite staff! My pizza is hot and fresh every time I visit this place. I always order online what makes it very fast.

Went ordered cheese bread and a regular order of bread sticks. Not only did the food take 40 minutes to get after the person told me it would only take 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 mins walked back inside the young man said they just put my order in it would take 7 more min. . Once we received our order it was hard and nasty. So it's safe to say we will never be going back. They can't say they was short staff cause there was plenty people in the back. Some on their phones and others where joking around. .

This place is just the worst. I try not to go here, but sometimes you need that Hot and Ready pizza on the way home from work to bring a quick meal to the fam. Here?s my latest experience: I pull up to the window, and ask if they have Pizza and Crazy Bread ?hot and ready?. They say Yes. So I pay, they hand my card back, along with a Buzzer. They say it will be 5 minutes and to pull around. I literally JUST asked if it was ready. But ok. I go wait, I can spare a couple of minutes. After 24 minutes of waiting , still no pizza. I go inside with buzzer in hand, and ask how much longer. Turns out my order has been ready and sitting for 15 minutes while I waited for the buzzer to go off, but they never buzzed me. Dude. While the cashier checks the back, I hear laughing. They are chasing and stomping on roaches in the kitchen area. Dude? A guy (manager? comes around still laughing from getting roach on his shoe, and explains they are actually ?really good? about buzzing customers. Maybe they buzzed and I didn?t see it? ?.. Dude? ? it must have been one of our new buzzers. Maybe it?s not working. It happens.? Blank stare. My food is cold, they literally have roaches running through the kitchen, Employees still stomping them behind him. No apology, no nothing, just an excuse. I really can?t believe a place like this is able to operate. I just left the food. Never again, dude.

I visited this Little Caesars recently, and I've noticed that out of all the times I've ordered pizza there, half of the time something has gone wrong. For instance, last night I ordered two classic pizzas, but instead, I received two pizzas with peppers. While it's not the end of the world for me, I had to listen to three kids complain about it all night, which made the situation more frustrating. I simply ordered two pizzas, so it's disappointing that such a straightforward order could go wrong. They weren't made fresh after I arrived; they were hot and ready. I wish they could get orders right more consistently.
