Feedback gevenWe wanted to eat really good gans and heard the offer from the restaurant knote: a gans to fourth, presented on the table by the former star chef benjamin Breitebach. table reserved and published around 13 clock in restaurant full joy. although it was not easy to find the entrance. the building is not very appealing. inside but smooth the opposite! very stylish and modern furnishings. the service was very nice and accommodating! we have given a nice table. the restaurant was already very nice and stylishly decorated christmas. the background music was discreet and modern. as weeping a merlot from South Tyrol was recommended for 16.90 euro the bottle. a very delicious red wine, light and yet very round in taste. also later it made a highlight. after a short proclamation through herrn widebach came before us fresh from the many to extratically. then came a quarter of the gans on our teller, which was previously equipped from the kitchen already with two types of knödeln (kartoffel dumple and tasty dumplings, apple-red crumbled, baked apfelring with a very high price. Although we had brought a lot of hunger, the part was very luxuriant! the meat of the gans juicy, the skin of the gans crispy and the filling of the gans (inner, brot, apfel, rosins., was super tasty! also the apple wort and the dumplings were a dense! but also not to forget was the very tasty sauce! we could order the supplements as often as desired. in the price included! the gansessen has 21,50 euro per person and has rewarded itself in all points! is surely a secret tip when considering what to get in other restaurants for it! for the crowning conclusion we ordered a chocolate soufflé. wow! as they expect: tastefully top, in the liquid chocolate and on the side a little chocolate nuts. the quality of the food and the receiving service were simply great! we will not be much of the knote (the purely external from the building to visit again in the near future.
