An amazing experience, we were a night in the snow hotel and a night in the glass igloo, unfortunately not the north light seen, but was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end there are many free activities round, including snowshoes and sleds to play, can rent them and a large iceslip the rooms in the snow hotel are cold, but they get real sleeping bags and line
Every day of our stay the glass ceiling of the igloo had no visibleness and we could never see the sky because of the eises. they testify that their glass ceilings melt on ice, but that was not the case that their glass heating system was rarely switched on and if we wanted to turn on it, our igloo’s was broken so that it never worked. the neighboring igloos had completely clear glass (except if it was hard snowing) so we know that our igloo had a problem I had reported the problem to the employees every day, but every time they said that the problem is fixed and that the ice will melt within a few hours. the ice was never clear during my stay. must go outside, Northern lights could have booked a regular hotel and not paid so much money by email I asked for a price adjustment because I did not enjoy what I was advertised and had paid thousands for it. then I was told that they would not make any adjustment because their personal said that I had a change of igloo that they were lying in the light of the cache 1: I was never offered a change of igloo due to the ice problem, but I was offered a change of 2:30 a.m. when our AC unit began to generate loudly heavy noise. I declined as they could turn off the AC unit, and it was 2 on the morning when I told them they took it and changed their history to say that there is no problem with the ice, otherwise their staff would have offered a change of igloo. her personal reports that the problem had been solved by the repairman, and therefore I was not offered a change of the room 2: they changed her story beyond me offered a change of igloo, then also lied that her repairs all in order, if I photo prove that the glass was never clear during my entire stay she then told me that I did not think the truth about it the sea was frozen and we were in the position to look snowshoes about what fun ice hotel building was cool, but not so interesting. we haven't eaten in the ice cream restaurant, but this kind of roman is sure to have fun when they are in it. the icy was open during the day for a very small window, so we have never managed to get restaurants in this hotel are extremely expensive and dinners require prepayment and reservation. eating is very moderate and the cost is not worth. 1/10 of the geldes will give them something delicious when they eat from the website. breakfast is solid sauna experience was ok. regular sauna is cheaper and more pleasant than the eissauna that was cold and short. I would book the normal sauna.
What an amazing experience! so unique and formed loved the snow hotel and eat! a must make experience!
We stayed the night in one of the glass igloos, as it’s always been a dream of ours. We were met by a stressed receptionist and directed to our igloo. The glass iglo was covered in snow, and we went to the reception and asked if they could do anything to fix this or if we could change igloo. The receptionist told us they would turn the window heating on and we could check again in 1 hour. We went to the sky bar, which was really disappointing as you could no see anything here either because the snow had covered the glass. We decided to sit in the downstairs bar instead. All of a sudden the bar shut, and we were left without being able to by anything to drink. We went back to our igloo and the the glass was still fully covered in snow. We went back to reception, struggled to find any staff and once we found someone they told us it was a fault and the heating was not working. We asked to change igloo but they said this was too late. We ended up having to get the snow off the windows ourselves with a broom, which was not very successful because of the height of the igloos. This was meant to be a great experience looking at the sky all night and a once in a life time experience, but instead it ended up being a claustrophobic experience with no view and only snow to look at. I would definitely not recommend this place and rather look to stay somewhere else.
