The restaurant was busy with a mix of patrons who were either enjoying drinks or dining. The atmosphere was lively and inviting. The prices for beers were average. Overall, it was a good first visit.
This restaurant has the feel of a traditional British pub, offering a selection of beer, sports on TV, and delicious curries. The atmosphere is lively, with decent music playing in the background and attentive staff. The large TV screens allow guests to watch football while enjoying a variety of Indian dishes like biryani and fish curry. The food is well-prepared and tasty. Located in an area with convenient free parking, this is a great spot for a satisfying dinner. Another nearby restaurant is closed on multiple nights of the week, making this establishment a go-to for a meal out.
I have always been a fan of this restaurant, even though they no longer serve drinks in jugs. They still offer happy hour specials, like 3 pints of Guinness for $27. Mark and the staff really prioritize excellent customer service. I enjoyed dishes like fried rice with egg, mutton briyani, gobi pakora, naan, and butter chicken. The flavors were just right, not too salty, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. I recommend calling ahead for reservations, as the restaurant can get busy at times.
Nice place for an after-work thing. Cosy surroundings with beer on tap.
Friendly local pub. Cusine is Indian, beers are reasonable. Sports always on the TV, reminds me of those traditional British pubs in London. Parking is free and there are many lanes to park around the private houses if the front of the pub is full. Dog-friendly too.
