Well Grand Mercure Roxy, you've done it again thank you so very much for taking good care of us during our stay. My husband I absolutely love staying at this Hotel. From check-in, our interconnecting rooms on the 12th floor (my mum joining us on this trip), concierge, reception staff, late check-out to 3pm, all was seamless, friendliness, professionalism ... absolutely wonderful. Complimentary drinks, discount food vouchers was an added bonus. This Hotel is great, rooms are very spacious, surrounded by shopping centres, food outlets, convenience stores, taxis and public transport at your doorstep. We will definitely be back to stay and recommend the Hotel to family and friends. Keep up the good work and excellent service!

Went to restaurant for the popular Peranakan lunch buffet. It was excellent! Lots of varieties, food stations, authentic local cuisine, attentive service had a great time there. Only draw back, not carpeted. Therefore, the place was a bit noisey when crowded.

Stayed here for 5 nights, the staff were absolutely fantastic, could not be nicer. I cannot think of a way they could improve the service because it was immaculate. I had an incident were I was harassed by a guest and security looked after me so well, taking precautions to make me feel safe and even escorting me to my room. They could not have handled the situation better! Magnificent place to stay, will return in the future.

One of our favourite hotels in Singapore. Well appointed and spacious rooms compared to hotels in the city centre in the same price range. Free shuttle to and from the airport which is another bonus. Train line currently under construction which will be another added bonus in terms of easy access to the CBD. Great shopping and options for dining just across the street. Will stay here again without hesitation.
