Casuarina Curry - Singapore

This restaurant is fantastic for prata lovers. The Tissue Prata was incredibly thin and crispy, as were all the other types of prata they serve. The egg onion prata was particularly delicious. We started with chicken curry, and when we asked for more, we were pleasantly surprised with fish curry, both of which were full of flavor and delicious. The restaurant can get quite crowded, and parking is limited, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours or take public transportation.

When I first came to this restaurant, it was full and the wait time was too long for my hungry self. This time, I visited on a weekday evening. By 8pm, the restaurant was only half full, giving me plenty of seating options. I decided to sit outside. The food was good, though not amazing, but the prata stole the show. I ordered the chef's recommendation, chicken masala, but I wasn't a big fan of it. However, the mutton dishes and the plain gravy that came with the prata were quite enjoyable.

This restaurant in Singapore offers some of the tastiest prata around. The prata is thin and crispy, and the fish curry is thick and creamy, a nice change from the usual watery type. The mutabak is large and perfect for sharing, and the teh tarik is aromatic and bubbly. In addition to their delicious dishes, they also have a selection of Indian snacks for sale. While the prices are slightly higher due to the restaurant being air conditioned, it's worth it for the quality of the food. It's best to avoid peak hours, such as 12pm and 6:30pm.

Decent prata and iced milo, however the murtabak is too dry. Long queues for a seat but it moves quickly. It’s a good idea to walk off the calories after a heavy meal. Will try it for supper sometime.

Having a meal here is worth all the cravings. The Cheese Prata is very crispy and the curry has a subtly sweet but savoury taste. The Cheese Prata tastes very excellent and is full of cheese. The Chicken Biryani also tastes very delicious. All the curries have an authentic taste. The Teh Cino is not too sweet but it has a very pleasant taste of tea and milk.
