Go-ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (serangoon)

The chicken rice here is delicious. I haven't tried the one in Bangkok, so I can't compare the two accurately. But you can't go wrong with the chicken rice here. The kai lan and three veggie dish are also good. The chai poh omelette is a must-try! The tom yum soup was just okay. The meal is a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it for a treat every once in a while.

The chicken rice is delicious, but the serving sizes are a bit small. For those who want more meat, I recommend ordering the half chicken. The sambal Kang Kong tastes just like how my mom used to make it when I was a child. The chendol also evokes nostalgic memories.

I am a big fan of chicken rice and have tried it in Bangkok, Thailand as well as here in Singapore. The taste never disappoints and I always recommend it to my friends. I especially love the chili and signature sauce that complements the chicken well, along with the chaipo omelette. Although the duck and mushroom soup had tough duck meat, the delicious soup more than made up for it. Despite this, the amazing chicken rice still remains the highlight for me. I have visited this restaurant multiple times since it opened and have always been impressed with the fast service and delicious food. I have never had any issues with them.

Korean Fried Chicken with thick heavy honey what look like similar to Char Siew red fermented bean sauce. It’s not overly sweet on the crispy fried chicken, the quality are good, but just that it won’t be your likely next chicken meal for some time. Try something else on their menu for the thrill when I go back.

Tasty juicy fried chicken. Quite fast service. We order takeaway and get that pretty quickly. The breakfast I had another day was a bit late hour (9:30 ish 10am), so just be aware when considering having breakfast here.
