I never had Gui Ling Gao and it wasn't what I expected! It was nice, but it wasn't sweet, but came with a syrup make it sweeter if necessary. There were many other options and I think I will try another in a few days when I return to Singapore. The Gui Ling Gao translates as turtle jelly and should be super healthy for you.
