Feeling warm in this place, restaurant manager Lay Hoon is super friendly and nicely and all staff too. They treat customer like family. Can feel the passion in this restaurant, the best McDonald in my life :

In the midst of Christmas shopping ,I wanted to take a break so I entered McDonald's at Bugis Village. Thinesh, Fazilah and Geoktin welcomed me with a warm smile. They catered to my special dietary requirements such as no eggs,no meat and no onion meal. I enjoyed my meal and left happily. People come ,eat and leave without appreciating them and on weekends, they become very busy but that didn't stop them from providing great service so I decided to write a review and appreciatied them personally. Well done three of you ,keep up your great works. You are appreciated!!!

Food is always good....friendly staff, from tbe greeters..to the 'ambassidors '....makes you feel welcome....enjoyed the meals..

Lay Hoon , the restaurant manager is so sweet to offer us water free even we just order only two sundae. This is th best MCD service I come across in my entire life. Well done, Lay Hoon
