Pezzo Pizza (clementi Mall) - Singapore

I recently visited the Pezzo outlet at Clementi Mall for the first time. The staff, an Indian gentleman with distinctive eyebrows, was extremely friendly and patient. Unlike other places where staff usually just nod when asked about the food, he took the time to explain the taste of the garlic bread to me. After being told to wait for 10 minutes, I wandered off to the restroom and got distracted watching TikTok videos. When I returned, I found the same staff member personally delivering my garlic bread to me with both hands! I was touched by his kindness and exceptional service, as it is not usual for staff to go out of their way like this. His simple gesture truly brightened my day. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I appreciate and commend his outstanding effort. Thank you so much.

I tried this restaurant for the first time at a gathering with my cell group on Friday evening. We ordered two pizzas with a variety of toppings, including a very spicy shrimp and chicken topping. The other pizzas had more traditional flavors. Our friends purchased them from Clementi Mall. The pizzas were delicious, with a soft and thick crust. I will definitely try them again in the future, especially since Tiong Bahru Mall is close to our home.

The staff here is kind and helpful, the food taste is pretty good and the price is quite ok for their food. However one complaint I might have is that the pizza here is often cold but it's great that they have the courtesy and are kind enough to reheat it for you. The service is quite good would come again

Ordered one slice of veggie pizza. Service was quick and good. Pizza was okay. Nothing spectacular. Good for a quick grab to bite if you are starving.
