Racines - Singapore

P for Perfect. My partner took me out for dinner on Valentine's Day, choosing Racines because its menu looked the most interesting compared to the other options. It completely exceeded our expectations that evening. Trust me, I don't easily give 5-star reviews. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite empty, and we were seated at one of the better tables. There was a complimentary rose on the table, which was a small yet sweet gesture. The staff was professional and made us feel very welcome. Each course was served promptly after we finished the previous one. We were thrilled with everything we tasted, especially the first three dishes. It's been almost a month since our visit, so I can't recall all the details, but everything was absolutely on point, if not even better. (Please forgive my memory and my less-than-perfect photos.) This is probably one of the most underrated restaurants I've ever been to!

The quality of the food and its presentation were impressive. The prices are fair considering the high standard. The staff informed us that our Accor Plus membership offered better discounts than their lunch specials, so we decided to order a la carte, and we were very pleased with our choice. We will definitely return next time!

I like Racines because it offers French Asia menu. Due to the Covid-19 the usual menu has been changed and has less choice of dishes. I usually try to cook the French way. I like the lobster bisque most, but recently the ingredients have changed somewhat. Wagyu beef cheek, skalopp, pork stripping are good. For desserts, I also like souffle chocolate. The only Asian dish I tried was roasted rice, it's always beautiful. Service are good and seats are spacious and comfortable.

I missed eating in Europe and this place reminds me of it. Great ambience and friendly staff. It's really a treat.

My boss treated me to this and I was very happy. Food is delicious but expensive and small portion chinese side seem to be more delicious than French side
