Feedback gevenThe broth leaned towards being rich and fatty—not oily, just rich, which actually adds a lot of flavor. It warmed me up immediately; it’s the kind of broth that doesn’t leave you feeling thirsty afterward. It wasn’t overly salty, but rather had a wonderful texture that felt nourishing. The ramen itself was cooked to perfection, with the ideal amount of firmness while still being easy to bite into. The flavor of the noodles was also delightful. As for the meat, it was tender and flavorful, lacking any of that unwanted gamey smell. It was a well-cooked piece that had both great texture and taste. Although the Suntec location can be a bit inconvenient due to the ongoing pandemic, I would definitely come back for more.
The customized ramen is incredibly delicious, and you can adjust the spice level! I’ll definitely be back to try a spice level 10 next time! I love the flavor and the texture of the ramen…
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and while it's a bit pricey, I found it to be worth it. The free-flowing roasted Japanese tea was a nice touch at $1.30, although the cups were a bit small, holding about 100 ml. The noodles had a great texture and flavor. We ordered the Red King Original, Butao King, and Green King. I gave it 4 stars only because of the high prices. However, I will definitely return for my ramen fix when I'm in Suntec.
A solid bowl of ramen. I tried the Butao King, which is a medium-rich tonkotsu ramen featuring firm, straight noodles and a variety of toppings. The broth was smooth with a nice depth of flavor, and I really appreciated the subtle yet noticeable garlic kick. The noodles had a nice texture and paired well with the green onions. The aji tama that I added as a topping was excellent—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall, this is a bowl I could enjoy frequently.
I finally had the chance to try the Ramen Champion, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the original ramen, the red ramen, and the chicken karaage. The original ramen was excellent, with the perfect noodle texture and a rich, flavorful broth. However, the spicy red ramen was a bit too intense for my taste. The standout dish was definitely the chicken karaage; it was incredibly crispy and juicy. The chicken karaage balls are a must-order!
