The lunch at this restaurant is well worth the price, although it is on the expensive side. The overall experience, the quality of the fish, and the service all make it worth every penny. They also offer a great atmosphere that makes it perfect for enjoying a leisurely afternoon. I highly recommend trying the 12-piece sushi lunch set, Tsuki, as I was amazed by Chef Ishi-San's skill. Be prepared to be impressed by the uni, otoro, and maguro pieces - they are truly outstanding.
Had an amazing Omakase experience here for lunch. it is approx. 200 sgd per person, so it is really only for this special occasion (if they are not loaded and they have a lot of money to save). the selection of fishing is quite good and the cook is very talented. they have the usual aji, chutoro, otoro, uni, prawn sushi but also some unusual like leather jacket fish, and Japanese silver roots. the rice is quite spectacular as well as beautifully packed and delicious. the additional aromes on the top of sushi like reduced spring onions, sea salt or Yuzu food really bring the aromes of the fish and give the sushi another dimension. as with most sushi places, sit on the switch for best results.
I have a friend who once told me that she would always have a couple of servings of the bread from a French restaurant that she used to frequent because the bread was heavenly good, not to mention the memorable multi-course dinner. I think the same logic/concept applies to Artemis which offers complimentary bread, ranging from sourdough to some exotic Spanish bread
Best sushi experience outside Japan definitely a strong recommendation. Go for the omakase menu
