Feedback gevenAs a restaurateur myself. My Friend recommended this place. I will say great Japanese Omekase at affordable price hidden in the lanes behind Boat Quay. Quality fresh food, serious Japanese Chef offering great service, the place to close deals business. Well managed for a new establishment. Check out clean toilets and floors. I am particular on this but great job. Keep it up and stay determined. Will be back soon. Check my check-in for fotos.
Lovely place with excellent quality fresh ingredients. The freshness of the seafood together with the well balance flavoured and texture of the sushi rice were superb. The brown sauce that was occasionally drapped ontop of the raw seafood truly enhanced the taste and flavour of the sushi. Fast efficient service by the crew. And Chef Koji-san does craft and mould an excellent piece of sushi.
Love the freshness of the food and the dedication of Koji-san for presenting such a wonderful omakase experience for me and my wife. The service of the staff is also Top Notch! I would say it's definitely worth to visit.
Excellent food and ambience. I will recommend to my friends. Can't wait to try the dinner menu.
3rd time there but the last one was special. Master Chef Koji's dad was in town for a week. Chef Koji was trained by his dad Takashi san. A Japanese friend told me that Takashi san is a legend in the sushi world. More than 50 years in the business and has trained his 2 sons to be master chef's themselves. Koji san handles the Spore business whilst his older Brother is helping Takashi san in Tokyo.
