The restaurant has a bustling yet cozy atmosphere. We settled in at the long counter, where we were treated to a live view of the chef skillfully preparing fresh oysters, stew, sashimi, and more. The food was artfully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The dishes were delicious and definitely worth it. The hot house pour sake warmed me up with every sip—simply splendid! The Yakitori was perfectly seasoned and delightful enough to enjoy without any additional sauces. Dining at this Public Izakaya in Icon Village on Enggor St. was an excellent experience. Plus, there was ample parking available at a reasonable price.

The authentic Japanese dining experience made me feel as though I had stepped right into Japan the moment I entered the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the sake complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable and immersive experience.

It's essential to make a reservation before visiting this restaurant. We were fortunate to snag a table as a walk-in. We stopped by for a quick snack and some drinks, and I absolutely loved the sake here. The salad was good, but the prawn tempura was smaller than I expected. I was seated outdoors by the alley, and it was quite distracting to have the social distancing ambassadors hovering over us, watching what we were eating and drinking. So, if you choose to sit outside, I recommend avoiding the tables next to the alley.

A chill establishment for a nice hang and drinks with friends. Had the gyoza croquette, it’s actually gyoza meat filled fried in croquette crust. It’s interesting and yummy! Another highly recommendation is the tuna avocado cream cheese, it’s served with crackers and delivers an explosion of flavors in your mouth.

A great place for a good japanese atmosphere and japanese food. Great variety of food and beverages. A good range of snacks to go with drinks. Staff are friendly and attentive. Portions are filling. Good for chilling and catching up with friends after work or over the weekends.
