The Sapling - Singapore

Just held our solemnisation luncheon at The Sapling. Kevin (Restaurant Manager) and Jia Yong (Assistant Restaurant Manager) were super responsive, gave great suggestions and managed the whole buffet prep and table setup well! Our guests loved the food, and enjoyed the ambience. Thank you The Sapling for creating wonderful memories!

Booked for a 4 pax dinner to celebrate my Bro in law Birthday on 1 March 2017. They serve amazing food n desserts. We are very pleased with the speed, the plating/display and most importantly the food taste great! Service staff a bit nervous n inexperience but its expected as they are all students and they are there to learn n improve their skills. I hope that more people are willing to visit Sapling, give support to the school, the students and play a part in nurturing our young n aspiring chefs Keep up the good work! Jia You

It is heartening to see Shatec to continue to nurture young kids after 30 years of establishment. Enjoyed a good night with great food on their monthly Gourmet night with established chefs. #gourmetnight

The food is awesome and really worthy of a Michelin Star. But sadly the location of the restaurant is hard to find more signage is needed. I personally would prefer to have a wine that was less acidic but overall it was an awesome experience with exceptional food and wine.
