As part of my preparation for a long-distance bike trip, I attended the bicycle training workshop at Boulevard du Triomphe in September 2020. The trainer, Jean-Philippe, provided a very thorough training where participants learned the basics of bike repair such as fixing a flat tire, maintaining their bike, and adjusting brakes and gears. The atmosphere was great and I highly recommend this training for anyone looking to prepare for a bike trip or wanting to become more familiar with their bike.
