It was such a delightful experience to enjoy a trout or crepe (with ice cream) by the riverside, with our feet in the grass. The service was excellent, the owners were helpful, and the overall dining experience was very enjoyable...we will definitely be returning! And let's not forget the amazing local products available at the counter.

Wij zijn er per toeval terecht gekomen. Mooie omgeving. Super lekkere forel, de lekkerste die ik al gegeten heb! Verser kan natuurlijk niet. De forel is in bronwater opgegroeid. De accommodatie heeft zo zijn charme.

Very nice place in Fouron Saint Pierre. A nice private property. But ponds where trouts are raised, a restaurant and sale of artisanal products especially fish. Fresh, well prepared and served with a smile! Friendly and warm staff. To be recommended!

The ambiance is exceptional, providing three hours of pure relaxation. The trout I had was the best I have ever tasted, while dining next to a pond with a smiling swan. The staff was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The Commandery 7 is one of the most delightful spots in Herve Country. Whether you visit during lunchtime or for a snack, you will be immediately drawn in by the pleasant scents as soon as you step inside. The ideal spot is to snag a table in the sun right by the water. The food is delicious, with a focus on local dishes. The freshly caught trout, cooked on site, is particularly flavorful. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I highly recommend a visit.
