THERE IS NO COMPLAINT BOOK A BERGONY We were waiting for 15 minutes 5 people including 3 children we were in a corner waiting for a table 2 women arrived and they were next to the chairs and they stayed with the table they were friends of the maid my husband complained and the woman answering gave the ration to 2 women, we said that we stopped at the table but they treated us VERY BADLY.

The service is very bad, even being rude to customers and, incredible as it may seem, it's not the employees who are being rude, it's the boss. I do not recommend, in fact I stopped going to this restaurant.
