Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Sioux Center

This is one of the better fast food places in the area. My family goes there often for blizzard treats. The staff is very professional and friendly. Service is prompt.

I ordered the 2 from $4. I ordered 2 cheeseburger and let them know without mustered. Ketchup only! But added mayo. Yuck! It's always something at this location!

I find it upsetting when you make a purchase , you are given the food and not a thank you or a word spoken. It's like you are a bother. The guy took our money leaned his back to the drive up window and proceeded to go on his phone.

One waitress to worried about her phone and the other one unsure what to do but did try dispite 1st waitress taking our number from table after giving us wrong shake. Cook working for 3 people .

They were completely understaffed and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our ice cream with an empty restaurant. Not only that, my large twist cone came out as mostly melted chocolate only and was smaller than their small cone. I asked for money back and the acting manger would not talk to me nor offered anything to make the order right other than wait an undetermined amount of time. The excuse from other staff was that their ice cream machine overheated due to being used too much, with an empty restaurant. A company that relies on its survival to provide overpriced ice cream should always have working equipment. I would like to say this was a one off for this store but it is not. This same kind of thing happened with another store as well so we will not be back to any stores again.
