Hardee’s - Sioux Center

The table was dirty. It took a long time to receive our food. The burger was cold and looked like it had been sitting under the counter for a week. We didn't receive a number, but our order was called. Just go to Dairy Queen or Culver's instead.

I was shocked by the creepy atmosphere of the restaurant and disappointed to find that my handmade chicken strips were undercooked. There were 10 hairs in my food, making it inedible.

The food is average, the service is slow (due to being understaffed like many other places, so go easy on the staff), and the location is not well-kept.

Service was bad, gave our food to the wrong table before bringing it to us. Would have preferred to get it from the counter. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food when there was only one other table. The only good thing here was the food.

The manager is so kind courteous and knows what she's doing! The drive thru crew has always been so personable and our orders are never wrong! Thanks
