I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is amazing. If you don’t enjoy it, you really have no one to blame but yourself. You get to choose your own noodles, meat, vegetables, and sauces. It’s fantastic!

Consistently clean and excellent! I can easily get in and out during lunchtime in just 30 minutes, even with two trips. I highly recommend the wontons. Extra points if I spelled that correctly!

Papaya Salad with pork rinds—yes, you read that right! This dish features papaya salad topped with crispy pork rinds, the kind you often find sold in plastic bags at the market. The pork rinds soak up the flavors and juices, adding a delightful crunch to the salad. On our latest visit, they had run out of pork rinds, which shows just how popular this dish really is!

I absolutely love HuHot and have always had positive experiences there, until tonight. Unfortunately, this time was different. Our waiter was quite forgetful. We received our food before our drinks and utensils. When we requested dessert, it took him 15 minutes to acknowledge it, and then an additional 10 minutes for it to arrive. It seemed clear that he had too many tables to handle on his own and could have used some assistance. Having worked as a waitress myself, I know how fast-paced and timely things need to be. On the bright side, the food was excellent, and the cooks did a fantastic job!
