Jimmy John's - Sioux City

I Ask for store delivery while sitting in my auto in front of their store because I have some mobility issues.They said I need to use their app for door delivery ?Very confusing ordering from the app, because I like my sandwich without onions, or tomatoes..., gave up went to McDonald's. This store needs a drive through window.I use their app at other locations with drive up windows with no n problems!

Food was good. Customer service experience was below expectation. Maybe it is the new norm to not even greet a customer when you approach the register... but I won't accept that as a reason. Is it also normal for employees to stand at the register and just scroll on their phones? No more trying to even hide it? Just don't care to go somewhere where I feel like an inconvenience. Still gets 3 because I like the food.

Everytime I check mark the mustard and mayo packets AND write it in the special box at the end. I put please and thank you, but numerous times they are not brought, just like tonight. I can see it on the receipt. I'm at work when I order and we don't have any here. Please start training to watch for that! Thank you.

Always fast and friendly at this location. They never give me any issues when I have odd requests for our sandwich preferences.

My sandwich didn’t come with three of the things I added on to it which is really disappointing considering I paid for them
