Applebee's - Sioux Falls

That was my first time in this restaurant, I ordered the Southwest shell and my mother ordered the classic cheeseburger. first the southwestern bowl was good, then she got really spicy, and it was kind of salty. I tried a bite from the burger of my mother and it was really good. then our waitress came by and checked us first, but my mother said they were safe? then I told our waitress that I don't really like it, and then she would see what she could do. then came back and asked me what I still want, then I said I wanted what my mom had. then the manager sharon came by with the meal and took off the southwestern bowl. what my mother and I appreciate, and that is what I think is customer service and I will come back here in a definite way.

The fish and the chips that were not made. the fish was quite watery. they have eaten at applebee’s many different times and never had anything like before. I don't know if we're going back after this experience.

Be cautious when ordering the mac and cheese with honey finger. Some of them contain bones! I’m not sure if I’ll order from here again.

The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, and the staff was amazing. The food was delicious, making for a wonderful overall experience!

My mom and I dined here tonight and had the pleasure of being served by an amazing waitress named Janet. With my mom facing a major surgery in the morning, Janet truly enhanced our experience with her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful dinner experience tonight.
