Booked with open table, but if we are there, Mgr said he had never heard of open table, although we could see our 6:15 reservations and they had our phone number.
The guy at the reception is very attentive. Regardless of how busy and crowded the restaurant was, he did a great job... waiter good service overall, delicious food too.
We made Christmas Eve reservations for our family in Red Lobster, but on arrival in the restaurant we found it closed because of a water break. Very frustrated, the restaurant has made no effort to notify people to the holiday reservations of its sudden closure.
First off we were we out on a weekend date, we were sat by a large group with several very loud kids which was a huge turn off. Our waitress seemed to be very new and uneducated about the menu and even though only had 3 tables it seemed to be way too many for her. I have a gluten allergy and she didn’t even know what gluten was and had no idea what I could eat and for that matter didn’t even know that there were steak options at a seafood restaurant- very bad table service in my opinion! We had to wait over 10 minutes just to get a second cocktail and we had to ask for them- she definitely didn’t offer to refill our drinks. My husbands shrimp tasted like rubber and my steak was super over done and both our broccoli tasted like it had only been in the microwave for a minute. We definitely will not be back and wasted $80 for a very bad meal- you definitely need to step it up in Sioux Falls if you intend to stay open!
