Scooter's Coffee - Sioux Falls

I ordered a hot chocolate, which should be a straightforward request, but unfortunately, it tasted more like warm milk. I was really disappointed and found it quite unenjoyable. When I took off the lid, there was barely any trace of chocolate, despite my specific request for milk chocolate with extra chocolate—which I even paid for. Other locations have always gotten it right. This place really missed the mark. From now on, I will be willing to travel further to get a proper hot chocolate. This experience was simply unacceptable!

I've been a fan of Scooter’s for years, but I had my first disappointing experience with their Carmelicious Blender this time. The coffee tasted overly strong and bitter. Since it was my first visit to the Sycamore location, I think I’ll stick to the one at 85th and Minnesota from now on.

At the kiosk located at Sycamore and 41st, I ordered an iced Americano with light cream. Unfortunately, the coffee flavor was almost nonexistent, and the drink had no color to it at all. It was really disappointing. I couldn't even figure out how much cream was added since it was carelessly poured on top and the lid was tightly sealed. Not only was the overall experience unpleasant, but the drink also leaked everywhere, making a mess all over me and my car. I can't believe I spent nearly $5 on this.

I truly wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but I was disappointed by the flavor of my drink. Additionally, if you're in a hurry and hoping to savor your beverage without the chance of burning your tongue, be prepared to hear it referred to as “child's temperature” several times if you request it to be served a bit cooler.
