Subway - Sioux Falls

The sandwiches are great looking. But the taste is... not sure I always forgot to eat there. They use to be delicious. About three years ago.

This place is dirty. There was dust on the glass over the veggies. The back of the register was dirty, the part to the customers. They didn't even have a carpet to suck up the water from the snow on people's shoes, so the floor was wet throughout the store. Since I ate, I had nausea and the next day diarrhea. I will not return to this place. The first time there and last time.

The staff was extremely informative, but the sandwich was a great disappointment. Not because of everything Subway did wrong. It was our decision to try the new garlic cheese. The topping was so overwhelming that it took over the whole taste.

Only 5 people in line ahead of me and it had taken over half an hour to get my food when I did it was cold(I had hot wraps and soup and stay just down the street). Pink haired chick was so slow my wheelchair bound great grandmother moves faster. Poor newbie on the register got little to no instruction from her and the cherry on top she made moving bread into the oven more important then slamming out our orders. Freaking kidding me!

I placed an online order, and my sandwich was incorrect. However, I took it back, and the staff member was incredibly quick to fix it. She was also very helpful and friendly. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.
