The Attic West - Sioux Falls

The food here is fantastic and the prices are fair. Our waitress this evening was exceptional, and I really appreciate the interior design of the restaurant. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't been here yet.

I was very disappointed with the service we received tonight. Our server incorrectly explained the nightly special, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, The Attic decided to charge us double the special price. It seems that $13 is more important to them than maintaining a good relationship with a regular customer.

I am extremely disappointed. We have been regular customers for quite some time, but decided to try their Burger and Brew special for $7 (only with a soda tonight). When I asked our server if the buffalo burger was included, she initially said yes, but then corrected herself to say no, although all other burgers were included. I ended up ordering the Drunken Wilber burger, and when the bill came, we were charged $2.95 for the drink and $16 for the burger. They failed to clarify that the special only applied to a basic burger, provided incorrect information, and did not adjust the bill to account for the server's lack of proper service.

We have been there several times. Always been great until tonight. I ordered a burger well done. It was not. The waitress had them remake it and it still was not cooked thru. Not impressed with the service and food. This is the first bad experience wehave had. I gave 3 stars based on an average between all visits. Not sure I will go back.

Great service! Comfortable, wide open space. We made it in time for happy hour. The long Island iced tea the **** marys were so good! For an appetizer we had the fried portobello mushrooms with Chipotle ranch, they did not disappoint???? For dinner, our daughter had the bacon cheeseburger with seasoned fries. Nice presentation very fresh. Monday nightis loaded baked potato night. My husband had the Buffalo chicken. It was ok, pretty plain. Not much chicken but a lot ofhot sauce. It could have used cheese, maybe some bacon bits or sour cream. He wasn't to impressed. I had the big fat Greekloaded potato. It had artichokes, spinach cream cheese, sundried tomato, red onion balsamic glaze. It was very flavorful. We were impressed by the speed of food delivery. Everyone's tables food was brought out very promptly and efficient. Wewould go back again would recommend.
