Topper's Pizza - Sioux Falls

We ordered from Toppers on the 10th, and the driver was incredibly friendly. We got two pizzas and their delicious breadsticks. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with one of the pizzas. I reached out to the store, expecting to deal with a dismissive manager, but instead, I spoke with the General Manager. She acknowledged the issue, was straightforward about the mistake, and apologized without blaming her staff. They even offered a full refund for our entire meal and suggested sending the driver back with cash. Since we love the pizza and were impressed with how the situation was handled, we requested a credit to our account instead, as we plan to remain loyal customers. Great job, Toppers! You have an amazing team! Thank you!

Toppers is my favorite spot whenever I have a pizza craving. I can’t get enough of their Bacon Topperstix – they are absolutely amazing! I always recommend this place to anyone in search of high-quality pizza. It is a bit on the expensive side, but you definitely get what you pay for, right? Be sure to try their Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce; it complements everything!

The delivery was quite prompt, and the delivery person was attractive with a lovely tattoo. That's definitely a solid 4 stars, especially since you can always count on the pizza to be good.
