After we stone the small village in circles, we found a parking lot near the beach and on foot. We rented a nearby cabana. We loved that they allowed us to eat on the beach and take our drinks. Ceviche recommend
We came to an almost empty restaurant 60% full. We said the whole restaurant was reserved. We are a family of 3, behind us a family of 8 adults was immediately given the table. Obviously they want to pack the restaurant. Lack of service, lack of hospitality, over all rude! Sad places like these exist in my country!
I think this is the only restaurant on the Sisal beach. We had the keviche and it was very fresh and tasty and cheap. Muelle also has a full bar and you can get your cocktails back to your beach chair.
We had such a tremendous experience on the beach at Sisal! The service staff are professional, polite and fun. Everyone in our group was very impressed with the service and with the food! We enjoyed the octopus and mixed ceviche with their guacamole. 5 stars!
Had lunch here as the offerings in Sisal are slim pickings. Right on the beach with a lovely breeze wafting through. The restaurant has change rooms and showers if you also want to go for a dip in the Gulf. It was a Tuesday so there was only one other table and service was attentive. The best thing we ate was a free appetizer of tuna salad and tortillas. We ordered the garlic caracoles, camarones al diablo and breaded calamari. All three dishes served with the same accompaniment of rice and mixed veg (probably frozen). Shrimp were really tough, calamari tasted like it came out of a box and best was the conch. With 3 beers the bill, including tip came to $520 pesos. Not really worth it.
