Feedback gevenI ordered a pizza with no cheese, i wrote in the notes i am allergic to cheese. They didn't read the note and they sent me a pizza with cheese on it, so i payed for a pizza i can not eat. Then the help center told me they can not refund me because it was a technical problem......So unprofessional, never ordering from them again!
They don’t acknowledge the note i wrote at all, im allergic to cheese and so i said i dont want cheese on the pizza. when i wanted a refund or an exchange they just said that it was a technical glitch and that they cant do anything about it, and that when the restaurant is busy, the stuff may not be looking at the note, which is really unprofessional. plus the pizza isnt even great, too much seasoning in the sauce, it made the taste unpleasant. wont be ordering from here ever again.
This Pizza Bulls is the most fickle branch I have ever dealt with. One day, they will deliver to my home and the next, I am out of their delivery zone . My home is 10 minutes driving from the branch, and in the same mahalle, so I am unsure how it would be outside of delivery zone.
I don't like cigarette smoke while eating. I sat by open window and had to ask smoking pizza bull employees to move so I could enjoy my meal. Reluctantly, they moved, but not far enough.
They cancel your order but they show that they delivered the order officially dolandiricilik. It doesn’t lie to your money account if you don’t get help with one support. A Brazilian business understanding
