Door County Bakery - SISTER BAY

This restaurant is open only on weekends, and due to the pandemic, diners cannot enter but can place orders at the window for curbside pickup. The Corsica bread is outstanding, consistently baked to perfection. If you're looking for a smaller option, their delicious breadsticks are a great choice. Other bakery items are also impressive, especially the ham and cheese croissants, which are fantastic when warmed. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality justifies the cost. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Door County, and don’t forget to check out Koeppel’s Farm Store down the road afterward!

We were let down by the steep prices for everything! The place is quite unique and definitely worth a visit if it’s your first time in Door County, but be prepared for the costs. They offer a delicious assortment of baked goods, along with a small cafe bar and a dining area. The interior is charming, and they feature a wide range of locally made products from Door County. While we may not return, we’re glad we made this one-time visit.

If you find yourself in Door County, you absolutely must check out the Door County Bakery (and the wine bar!). The staff is incredible, the food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would be there weekly, or even more often, if I lived closer!

I love this place. Don and Jean are wonderful and very welcoming to their guests. The food is great. I did buy some bread sticks today and it was a little more money than I remembered. Still a great place though.

We had a great experience here while in door county! We loved the cherry Danish and the Carsicca loaf. The coffee was also good, but seemed over priced. It was nice that we were able to order our food and drink in a safe way during COVID.
