Been going here for years and years with the family. Was really disappointed this last time, everything was overpriced for how incredibly mediocre it was and they were out of basically everything. The milkshakes weren’t good and they used to always be good. It’s pretty obvious it’s all frozen, so why even pay such the hefty price? The food is the exact same quality or worse than what you can get at any fast food restaurant chain. They obviously realized that they could cut a lot of corners because tourists don’t know any better, but us locals notice it. You’re better off going somewhere else local with more soul. Something like Dandy’s in Bend.

Very sad to this this place going down in quality and all. Have been going there for burgers snd shakes for years! Just went yesterday Sunday July 23rd and we had the worst burger, worst fish and chips and chicken basket and a tasteless colorless huckleberry shake ever!! When I gave feedback to a lady in the kitchen all I received was an Ok! I wasn’t looking for a free shake but rather an acknowledgement of their terrible product. Their hamburger patties used to be good now they’re just regular Frozen patties super dried and tasteless. Same thing with the fish and chicken. Sadly maybe nobody will do anything about this in that kitchen. Will not go back there. Very Expensive for what you get and do NOT get.

Fatty, salty diner deliciousness. Great diner fair plus hand packed ice cream. They're not bashful about charging you for it but worth it.Food: 5/5

We’ve been stopping here for decades. The drive through is gone. No indoor seating since covid and they never seem to wipe down the sticky plastic picnic benches. The food is horrible now too. Over priced frozen to fryer garbage. Our huckleberry shakes were so flavorless we went back the let them know, they just shrugged and okay and closed the window. $95 for heartburn. Never again!

We always visit here when we come back from hunting or camping. Service is always super friendly, the burgers and fries are delicious, and the milkshakes are the best I've had! So thick and creamy, they're perfect after a long, hot week of being off-grid. Kudos to Sno-Cap!Food: 5/5
