It can be very popular in summer so parking might be a way before the restaurants causing you to walk the rest of the way so bear this is mind if you or your group has difficulty walking. In that case, drive to the top, deposit your friends and return to the road to park. The menu is really quite simple, salads featuring local meats and cheeses and ice creams to follow but the views are quite spectacular and the service is always friendly. Bear in mind that once the snow and ice makes reaching the Chalet difficult, the place is then shut till it all thaws.
Quick stop for a drink and a snack. The homemade myrtille tart was delicious. I’d go back just to eat that again! Staff friendly and spoke good English too. Nice drive up to the cafe, lots of windy roads.
Went here after exploring the waterfall. Crepes were yummy and quick and not overly expensive. More choice here than the cafe right next to the falls.
The place was closed. And thus we could not have a drink there after a long hike... disapointment! could be marked on the start of the hike.... C'est fermé est à vendre
