The Foresters Arms - Skipton

This is a quintessential Yorkshire pub located in Grassington village. I visited on a Friday night during the summer, and if you're a single lady who enjoys the lively company of boisterous Yorkshiremen, you'll have a great time! The gentlemen certainly outnumbered the ladies about five to one. As for the food, it was of good quality, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions that definitely fill you up. I ordered a steak that was easily the size of my head. Overall, this is what you'd expect from a typical Yorkshire pseudo-gastropub. It's a solid choice, though not particularly remarkable.
