Shake Shack Old Orchard - Skokie

I haven't had a good Burger sandwich so long. We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, pommes and cookies cream shake. Everything was fresh and tasteful AMAZING. Are you sure you don't?

When I sat with my adult son, his eyes engraved on your dining room employee Janelle. He interrupted our conversation to share that he was so impressed by their level of service. I've been running a restaurant for many years, so I decided to pay attention. Their level of excellence was impressive. She welcomed everyone who searched her, was quick to clean up and did everything with a smile. Beyond doubts, I would not have hesitated to have someone like their work in my restaurant. At the end of our meal we decided to add it. She was moved by our praise and shared that she wanted to bring a little positivity to this world. We assured her she did. We expressed our observation on one of the supervisors who seemed a bit inconspicuous. I know he was busy, but should be at least faked. Especially in this day and age, where the workers are difficult to come, let alone pleasant, hardworking. Please congratulate Janelle for an extraordinary work.

First visitor. Service was somehow slow, despite several workers; but I appreciate the level of customer service! Note to Self...Shroom Burger is not a Patty! If you have a childdos, note that the birthday shaker can be an ugly danger due to the small crumbs. Burger was good...Fries were okay... I would probably try again.

I went to the Shakeshack in Old Orchard today and made a to-go hamburger. When I came to the store, the cashier rushed away and a moment later a male employee from the kitchen took the order without sincerity. They weren't busy at 3:00, the guest was just me and my daughter, but my food came out 20 minutes later. I'm waiting right in front of him, but he didn't even call me names. Seriously, when I came home and looked at the food, there were uncooked patties and spoiled salads. It was just food that people couldn't eat. Now the whole world is very serious with Covid-19. But the Shakeshack company has made me this cruel thing by saying that environmental protection is a priority, and I was very disappointed by them.

I understand that shake shack is a famous burger chain and in fact, the meat quality on their shake stack is quite superb, but charging a whopping $10 especially when it is small and does not include french fries is a total rip-off. otherwise, there is nice outdoor seating and the hosts are super nice.
