Star Ocean Chinese - Skopje

The food was excellent, but the service was way too slow, the kitchen as well. Not recommended to visit if you are in a rush. For lunch we spend about 3 hours.

As a regular guest,very disappointed from the staff,we asked for salt and they told us they only had one in the restaurant and didn’t bother at all, mistook our drinks and we also waited half an hour to order.They got a group of guests and all the attention was on them and not on the other guests like us that are coming all the time not once a year. But other than that the food is great and delicious.

There is no 0 stars on Google, that’s why they get 1. Waited 34 minutes for the waiter. None of the waiters looked at us or came to our table. 2 people that arrived on a closer table 20mins after us, ordered and got their food. Maybe a yell, slam to the table or a broken glass would have gotten their attention. Hospitality: 0/10 Customer Care: 0/10

Thought the food was great! Staff were polite and helpful as well. We got the hot n sour soup, sweet n sour spicy chicken, chicken wings, orange chicken, and egg fried rice. Chicken was saucy and crispy, the soup was great too a little kick to it! Prices were affordable for Chinese especially considering it was cooked on order and not pre made.

They brought to us our noodles thats we ordered with spoons only (no forks, no sticks), then we asked two glasses of water that they forget to bring, also no napkin's on the table
